Seniors food services

Slocan Valley Senior Food Services are provided in partnership with Slocan Valley Better at Home and funded through Nav-CARE by the Government of Canada. The program provides frozen meals delivered to senior’s homes twice a month.

Food delivery is provided on a sliding scale based on income (see below) and many of our clients receive the service for free or with a subsidy. Senior Food Service services clients who are 65 years plus, who live between Hills and Crescent Valley. Deliveries happen on the first and third Tuesday & Thursday of each month.
