Networks for New Parents offers a free monthly program at Passmore Hall. It is a free exchange of maternity, baby and young children’s goods such as clothes, toys, diapers, strollers, bouncers, books, blankets and more.

This is an opportunity to bring clothing and items in good condition that you no longer need. Also, there’s no requirement to bring things, you can always just take what you need (or gather stuff for a friend). All are welcome, babies, toddlers, pre-schoolers – grandparents, too.

A nutritious, hot lunch or to go snack is served at each program.

A special guest is present at each Networks, the guests are all knowledgeable in their respective fields and are there to answer questions and offer resources in their respective areas. Guests differ month to month, typically guests bring information relating to early years health, language, dental hygiene, child care, and or development. Occasionally guests will speak to parents and caregivers regarding finance or setting up RESP’s. All guests bring resources, information and are accessible to talk with during Networks.

Networks for New Parents is closed July, August and December each year.
