Kids Summer Camps

Kids Summer Camps
8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. 

You must register and pay for your child ONE WEEK prior to camp.

SAME DAY REGISTRATIONS/PAYMENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Flexible Drop off:  8:30 – 9:30 a.m. 
Flexible Pick up:   3:30 – 4:30 p.m.

Rates

Kids Summer Camps cost $40/day, per camper.

All campers must pay a $50 nonrefundable fee. Fee Breakdown: $10 administration fee; the remaining $40 goes toward camp fees.

4-day week camps are $160/week, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
3-day week camps are $120/week, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Fee Assistance

There is a limited number of Fee Assistance bursaries available. You will be required to bring your 2022 or 2023 Income Tax Assessment to WEGCSS for confirmation and approval of the bursary. You must bring in your assessment for confirmation during business hours BEFORE your child starts camp.

Please plan accordingly the closer we get to camp start dates. 
(WEGCSS is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 9am- 4pm)

Bursaries are available to persons with dependent children whose taxable income is under $50,000. With the Fee Assistance Bursary, Kids’ Summer Camps cost $0 – $10/day per camper, pending confirmation of Income Tax Assessment.

Session 7    August 12 – 15 (4 day week) –  Registrations Concluded
Session 8    August 19 – 22 (4 day week) – Registrations Concluded
Session 9    August 26 – 29 (4 day week) – Full – Not taking Registrations
